Lactic acid bacteria, Vitamin C and Zinc – all in one tablet!
LACTO SEVEN TRIO 3IN1 contains seven different natural lactic acid bacterial strains (e.g. Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species), and vitamin C and zinc which both contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Chewing tablet has a blood orange flavour and it has been sweetened with xylitol.
Daily dose 1–2 tablets contains:
Living lactic acid bacteria 1–2 × 109 (billion) cfu*
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Lactobacillus casei
Lactobacillus plantarum
Lactobacillus reuteri
Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Bifidobacterium longum
Streptococcus thermophilus
Vitamin C 20 mg (25-50 %**)
Zinc 5 mg (50-100 %**)

Adults: 1–2 tablets a day
Children over 3 years: 1 tablet a day.
The tablets can be chewed or let slowly dissolve in the mouth.
If Lacto Seven Trio tablets are used during antibiotic treatment, the lactic acid bacteria must be taken at a different time than the antibiotics.
